4. Payment Terms

All projects require a 50% deposit to commence work. Final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly fee. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Project Timeline

While we strive to meet all project deadlines, Smart Living Upgrade is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, material shortages, or client-requested changes.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

All work performed by Smart Living Upgrade comes with a 1-year warranty on workmanship. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Extended warranty options are available for purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Smart Living Upgrade until full payment is received. Clients may not reproduce or distribute our designs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Smart Living Upgrade's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is provided.

Smart Living Upgrade reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
